Items are shipped within 48 hours of payment out of Melbourne, and will generally take 2-4 days, however this can depend on Australia Post and its logistics methods. See Auspost website for average postage times, and postage restrictions during public and state holidays.

For international customers, please email us for accurate quotes for your specific purchase and location.  

Chibi Chasers is shipped out of Australia. International orders will generally arrive in 2-3 weeks, but can sometimes take longer.

We use Australia post to calculate Economy air letter orders.

Also International countries are bound by your own customs. So you may face some delay.

No, as these are small items sent via regular Australia post. If you require tracking number on larger orders, please reach out to us.

Each hanger is around 10 grams. There is no viable economic postal option that can be passed to you the end buyer for tracking.

However, if you want it registered, by all means reach out to us, you will have to pay the additional fees set out below.

We stock and post out orders by hand, and at the time of postage the items are in a straight undamaged condition. Rev Hangs is not liable for what occurs between Auspost handling > shipping > destination, so please be aware that in rare instances that settling or damage can occur.
