How long will my package take to arrive?

Australia:

Items are shipped within 48 hours of payment out of Melbourne, and will generally take 2-4 days, however this can depend on Australia Post and its logistics methods. See Auspost website for average postage times, and public/state holiday restrictions.

Chibi Chasers is shipped out of Australia. International orders will generally arrive in 2-3 weeks, but can sometimes take longer.

Has my order shipped?

Will I receive a tracking number?

No, as these are small items sent via regular Aus post. If you require tracking number on larger orders, please reach out to us.

Are the Automotive Air Hangers. printed double sided?

Yes they sure are printed double sided.

How do i use the air hangers?

Generally just rip the air hanger and bang them on your rear view mirror. However your fragrance will generally not last as long in this manner, so you can also keep it in the bag, and tear a small slit and go from there.

How long does the fragrance last?

Generally a good 2 weeks, then you are left with an awesome hanger. However length of the fragrance can vary. Sunlight and environment can shorten the lifespan. Chibi Chasers hangers are intended to be collectible hangers firstly, with a scent as a bonus.

Avoid any contact with any surfaces. Including wood, plastics, leather, fabrics , long exposure to skin and painted surfaces.
